Shopping Madrid
The oldes shopping street of Madrid is located in the Salamanca quarter north from the famous Retiro-Park. The well-known Calles Serrano and Valázquez Madrids this area is certainly something for the rather rich visitors to Madrid but that does not mean it's not worth having a look around there. Is it the duty of each backpacker who visits Paris to have seen the Champs Elysees at least once walking it up and down on each side. Here in Madrid its the same sort of thing with the Calles Serrano and Valázquez Madrids.Markets: Mercado de San Miguel is situated in the heart of Madrid only a few steps from the famous Plaza Mayor. But you have to hurry the Mercado de San Miguel starts packing up from noon.
